1004 – Standardized Health Insurance Information
Creates a universal form for explanation of benefits and coverage on all policies.
1005 – Home Health Care
Provides Medicaid reimbursement for home health care through the use of telemedicine.
1015 – Stable Funding for School Districts
Would create a funding pool to ensure a 'hold harmless' funding formula for school districts that consolidate administrative and other functions/programs. *Killed by sponsors due to significant fiscal costs to state.
1033 – SBIRT Funding
Codifies Medicaid reimbursement for providers that treat or refer patients for substance abuse. SBIRT means substance brief intervention and referral to treatment.
1034 – Speech Language Pathologists
Creates a process whereby school districts may contract for a Speech Language Pathologist under a waiver process that would allow them to work in rural areas while fulfilling their licensing criteria.
1035 – Child Care Assistance Program Eligibility
Allows for counties to waive the current six month reauthorization process to a twelve month reauthorization and aligning it with other early childhood programs.
1036 – School District Transparency
Requires school districts to post online all financial reports and check registers, as well as investments, in an approved searchable format.
1037 – Extend Supplemental Online
Continues online course offerings for school district for remediation, advanced placement, and expansion of course offerings.
1066 – CDE Food Service Authority
Creates a collaborative food service procurement and provider authority within the Colorado Department of Education. *Killed by sponsors as bill title would not fit revisions. See HB10-1335.
1133 – Foreclosure Equity Purchasers
Revises Colorado Foreclosure Protection Act to define and allow for an equity purchaser to procure a property in foreclosure.
1180 – Film Incentives
Modifies incentive pool for film, media, and creative arts promotion to allow for better utilization and qualification.
1252 – Breast Cancer Screeening and Mammography
Allows for individuals with at risk factors to qualify for covered breast cancer screenings and mammography.
1284 – Regulation of Medical Marijuana
Creates regulatory authority for medical marijuana centers and codifies local control authority for counties and municipalities.
1293 – Study Agricultural Exemption
Authorizes a study panel ofstakeholders to update the property tax agricultural exemption based on property use.
1335 – BOCES Food Service Authority
Creates a collaborative food service procurement and provider authority within the BOCES to take advantage of procurement economies of scale and promote non-processed, healthy food service for school districts. *Replaces HB10-1066.

Specifies the doctor-patient relationship and promulgates rules for the State Health Department to administer medical marijuana registries.

Allows charter schools within the Charter School Institute administration to contract with a local BOCES organization.
143 – State Department Refunds
Directs the Colorado State Department to issue refunds to consumers as a result of overpayment or cancellation of business related fees.
